It was organized and was usually easy to find the information I needed. Understanding it was a different story but that is the fault of the reader. Even so, I've spent time trying to figure out what she means which all makes sense afterwards.

I really needed this book a month and a half ago to make navigating my kindle fire just a little easier. I saw several tips that could have made the begining stages of using this device much easier. In spite of that there were still some useful tips and suggestions. I don't think anything is wrong with my Prime membership -- it may be more along the lines that KU book override the Prime reading option, and there is a lot of overlap between the two libraries. And I did check all my payment methods -- they are all up-to-date.
And the issue is still not fixed. After about days of waiting, I contacted customer service again yesterday we are now on day 6, I think. I explained the problem again and again to about 5 more people seriously, they just kept passing me around , and at the end they still said they would have to escalate to a technical specialist. Nothing is fixed yet. And this issue applies to all KU books -- every one I've tried so far gives me the same error message! So at this point, I'm thinking I should just cancel my KU subscription and then re-subscribe.
